I'm not really passionate about defending against negative opinions or thoughts about Royal Domain. However, I feel keen to just clarify on certain things which people may only assume without truly having the experience living here to tell what is right and what isn't.
There are a few misconceptions but I'll just discuss two for now.
Firstly – it’s that assumption (which I did assume myself) that the giant rive channel parallel to the site will emanate undesirable smells. This has not been true, thankfully. I was truly worried when I first bought my unit and moved in, but that’s not what I have found up to now. It’s really okay. Even if I were to walk and stand beside it, there is no undesirable smell.
Secondly – I was advised by a friend that there’s a huge traffic bottleneck at the mini-roundabout as we leave the condominium to work in the mornings. Although I cannot deny that there are indeed many “rat-running” cars who use Royal Domain’s / Sri Putramas’s little roundabout as a short-cut to U-turn, but residents of Royal Domain and Putramas 1 are in the advantage, because by the way the traffic flow is laid out: it is actually easier for us residents to manoeuvre out into the road. There’s no inconvenience for us at all. So this too is a misconception, and if there were anything that would discourage anyone to buy a Royal Domain unit, this would not be it.
