Bills & Maintenance Fees

As with all condominium residences, the arrangement is pretty much the same.

Water bills are payed through the maintenance office. I pay this together with my monthly maintenance fees.

As for gas billsI can actually choose to receive connected from a piping system straight to my kitchen; but I have opted for the simple gas tank that I will have replaced each month. All I have to do is call the convenience store, and they will send one up promptly. I find that this is my preference without any particular reason. It's your choice really.

Electricity bills I pay directly to TNB. I receive my monthly bill from my letter box and pay through internet. Simple stuff.

Maintenance fees is about RM260 a month, inclusive of sinking fund which is used for minor works and repairs, here and there. Rarely there will be payment needed for fire insurance, and other small stuff. Nothing substantial. All-in, I have found it to be value-for-money plus the top-notch security I get from all that.
