Introduction

Hello there.

My name is Ezrin and I live with my wife and three children at Royal Domain (Sri Putramas II) – which is a condominium residence located very near to the Jalan Kuching / Jalan Duta intersection.

I plan to sell my unit, hopefully almost immediately as soon as this blog goes wide spread. The idea is: I want to sell with all due honesty, and I want to avoid agents, etc. Not that they are bad, but I believe buying a place to stay in is a very personal thing, and so comfort level too then has to be up to a certain level. As we know, buying a home to stay in is not like buying vegetables from the wet market. A lot of thought as to be put in, for a long term commitment, that should buy right be satisfying. My hopes are, that this blog will serve its purpose.


As cheesy at it may sound, I hold strong principles when it comes to integrity, sincerity, being honest, being straightforward, no-strings-attached, no-hidden-agendas, etc. that’s me.
