About two years ago, the developer (Mayland) broke ground on the east side of Royal Domain, to start foundation works for a totally prestigious development called: Royal Regent. Many Royal Domain residents got upset because if this building went up, then it would totally block their KL view. However, I’ve noticed in the pass few months that this development has paused (or stopped???) – I really don’t know why.
But worse comes to worst, let’s say if the Royal Regent still goes up, the good thing about my unit is: my unit will still get the KL view. I still get the KL Skyline pretty well. I guess, that’s the good thing about going for a unit close to the corner of the building. I already anticipated things even before I bought the place. Hahahah! We're safe. That's my point here in this post! BRAVO!
And the other good thing is: since Royal Regent is coming up, this will also bring up the price of the units in Royal Domain. In short, the condominium plots: Royal Domain, Sri Putramas 1, Royal Regent and Antah Tower Condo (older development) all work together to bring up the prestigious nature of the area.
