Perhaps what's appreciating the price of Royal Domain most is it's connection to the highways. This is a photo with some graphics added which I took from the internet.
As soon as flare out into the motorway, that's already KL in front of you. If you take the four tier highway then that'll be PJ and Damansara in a few minutes. Right behind you is Kepong, Selayang, etc. Segambut and Jalan Ipoh is just a stone's throw away. And of course Sri Hartamas and all other popular hangouts is just next door. Royal Domain has served me till now, as a strategic place to live - especially when my office was in KL.
